Our firm specializes in civil litigation.

Our firm represents in all instances, including arbitrations and mediations proceedings, and also provides on-going legal counsel to different major entities which include providing expert opinions in various fields.

 

Our firm provides legal services in many legal areas, including complex commercial lawsuits, class actions and derivative actions, liquidation cases, bankruptcy cases, wills and estates, and more. The firm specializes in handling and consulting companies and commercial entities and personals during controlling contests, in antitrust law, in lawsuits against senior officers and shareholders in both public and private companies, in lawsuits concerning banking issues, intellectual property in all its aspects, administrative law including Supreme Court filing an administrative petition and so forth.

Our worldview is that every client is a whole world. This concept requires us to be professionals and to give thorough treatment to each client.

Nir Friedman, Adv.

Bachelor of Laws with honors.

Graduate of Business Administration from Netanya College.

L.L.M - Duke University in the United States. As part of his studies at Duke University, Nir Friedman has specialized in antitrust law and corporate law.

After graduating from Duke University, Nir Friedman clerked for the Honorable Judge Newby at the Supreme Court of North Carolina and at that time he also served as a legal assistant to the Honorable Judge Daphne Barak-Erez and Professor Ehud Guttel.

After completing his clerkship with the Honorable Judge Newby, Nir Friedman returned to Israel and began working at Cassouto-Noff, Law office where he worked for several years.

After retiring from Cassouto-Noff, Adv. Nir Friedman established the firm Friedman-Haezrachy and after a few years the firm Friedman & Co. Law office.
